1. Return Timeframes
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within the following terms:
- Physical products: 14 days from the date of receipt of goods
- Rental services: Before the start of the rental period
- Event setup services: Up to 30 days before the event date
The 14-day period for products runs from the day the customer, or a third party designated by them, acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
For physical products
- The product must be intact and unused
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- All accessories and included materials must be present
- The product must not show signs of wear or damage
- Original labels and seals must be intact
For rental services
- The request must be received before delivery of materials
- If materials have already been delivered, they must be returned in perfect condition
- Any damage or missing items will be charged
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are handled as follows:
- Defective product or our error: Shipping costs at our expense
- Voluntary withdrawal: Shipping costs at customer's expense
- Product exchange: Shipping costs at customer's expense for the return, free for the new shipment
The customer is responsible for the goods during return transport. We recommend using a trackable courier and insuring the shipment.
4. Return Procedure
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us: Send a return request within the specified terms, specifying the order number and reason for return
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation with shipping instructions
- Prepare the package: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging
- Ship: Send the package to the indicated address using a trackable courier
- Verification: Upon receipt, we will verify the condition of the product
- Refund: Process the refund within 14 days of verification

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Fresh flowers and perishable floral arrangements
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Products that are clearly used or damaged due to customer fault
- Services already performed or in progress with customer consent
- Digital content provided on unsealed media
6. Cancellation Right
For event setup services, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the event
- Full refund of the deposit paid
- No penalty applied
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the event
- 30% retention of the total amount
- Refund of the remaining 70%
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the event
- 50% retention of the total amount
- Refund of the remaining 50%
Cancellation less than 7 days before the event
- No refund provided
- Possibility to reschedule the event (subject to availability)
7. Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund as follows:
- Timing: Within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return
- Method: Same payment method used for the original purchase
- Amount: Product price, excluding original shipping costs (except in cases of our error)
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until proof of shipment by the customer.
Partial refund
A partial refund may be applied in the following cases:
- Product with signs of use
- Product returned without original packaging
- Product with missing accessories
- Product with damage not present at delivery
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide photographic documentation of the defect or damage
- Keep the product and original packaging
In case of confirmed defect, we will proceed with replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
